Starting from the hottest topic of PDF Days Europe 2017, this hackathon will allow developers to put their hands on first prototypes of tools that support next-generation PDF: Play around with examples, or build your own! Experts and engineers from companies participating in the development of the next-generation PDF specification will share their insights and assist attendees in beginning to master the new technology that may change the way we do documents and publications.

How do hackathons work?

Hackathons are highly informal but very intense gatherings loosely arranged around a main topic (in this case: next-generation PDF).

After a short introduction to the main topic, a brainstorming session will lead to the identification of a handful of specific topics attendees are especially interested in. Most of the day will be spent in groups, where each group addresses one of the specific topics. Attendees may choose groups and switch between groups as they wish. Towards the end of event, each group briefly presents its findings, prototypes, examples, ...

In diesem Tagesworkshop lernen Sie, wie Sie zielführend beim Erstellen von barrierefreien PDF-Dokumenten aus Adobe InDesign vorgehen.
