Der Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e.V. (BITMi) ist der einzige IT-Fachverband, der ausschließlich mittelständische Interessen profiliert vertritt. Die Mitglieder sind mittelständische IT-Unternehmen aus allen Bereichen der IT-Branche, die überwiegend inhabergeführt sind. Im Verband kommen sowohl etablierte IT-Unternehmen als auch Start-Ups zu einer gemeinsamen Interessensfindung zusammen. Zudem haben sich neben den direkten Mitgliedern unter dem Dach des BITMi auch mit uns assoziierte Verbände zusammengeschlossen. Der Verband repräsentiert damit die Interessen von mehr als 1.500 mittelständischen IT-Unternehmen in Deutschland mit einem Umsatzvolumen von mehreren Milliarden Euro.
